Motion by the respondent to direct the appellants to post an undertaking and pursuant to CPLR 6301 and 6313 to enjoin the appellants from selling, transferring or encumbering the subject condominium apartments, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 11, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
