The People of the State of New York, Appellant, v Mark Pauline, Respondent.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen, Orange County, entered July 15, 2015, to direct the Justice Court to file a return on appellant's affidavit of errors.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as the return has been filed; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by February 5, 2016.
