Motion by the appellant to extend his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 30, 2015, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 16, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated April 7, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 29, 2016, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
