Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2014, and two orders of the same court entered April 16, 2015, and May 14, 2015, respectively, for leave to reargue the branch of his prior motion which was for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 29, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
