| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated August 21, 2015, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing a memorandum of law dated March 6, 2015, filed by them in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated August 21, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 19, 2016, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 19, 2016, the respondents may serve and file a supplemental record containing the memorandum of law dated March 6, 2015, filed by the respondents in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated August 21, 2015.
