Motion by the appellants-respondents to hold in abeyance an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 30, 2015, pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Kings County, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 11, 2016, and the appellants-respondents' reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
