Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 11, 2014, to include a decision of the same court dated November 13, 2015, or for this Court to take judicial notice of the decision dated November 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for this Court to take judicial notice of the decision dated November 13, 2015, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
