An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cayuga County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on March 2, 2015, and the attorney for the children having moved for an order appointing separate counsel for the children Brian S. and Alyssa S., and for an extension of time within which to file and serve her brief on behalf of the child Katie S.,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Susan James, Esq., sworn to December 14, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Theodore W. Stenuf, Esq., 141 North Main Street, Minoa, New York 13116, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child Brian S., and
It is further ORDERED that Marybeth D. Barnet, Esq., 20 Pleasant Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child Alyssa S., and
It is further ORDERED that the attorneys for the children submit ten copies of their respective briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 21, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
