Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Dante M. Scaccia, Esq., sworn to January 4, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jennifer L. Alfieri, Esq., sworn to January 14, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 18, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 4, 2016, and inserting in its place the date March 4, 2016.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
