(Index No. 602777/13)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Maureen Bellinger to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 20, 2015, and to consolidate that appeal with an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated October 21, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated April 20, 2015, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701; Conte v County of Nassau, 87 AD3d 558; Sainz v New York City Health & Hosps. Corp., 106 AD2d 500) and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
