Motion by Madeline Zilelian to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 1, 2014, as untimely taken, and to dismiss an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 10, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument, or to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as Madeline Zilelian is not a respondent on the appeal and does not have standing to make the motion.
