Motion by the appellants to direct their trial counsel and the respondent's counsel to turn over trial exhibits to the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 9, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellants trial counsel to turn over the trial exhibits is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Nassau County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
