| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 11, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before February 1, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the respondent and the attorney for the children shall serve and file their respective briefs, if any, on or before February 22, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 1, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal will be calendared expeditiously after all of the briefs have been filed.
