Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered May 10, 2013, to include certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until March 22, 2016, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before that date.
