On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 14, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 13, 2015" and substituting therefor the words "judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 12, 2015. "
