DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Gosford A. Lembhard, Jr., from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered June 25, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 14, 2014, the appellant was granted poor person relief and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as new counsel to prosecute the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 28, 2016, assigned counsel shall either (1) advise the Court, in writing, that he is adopting the brief filed by former assigned counsel, (2) advise the Court, in writing, that he is adopting the brief filed by former assigned counsel and serve and file a supplemental brief, or (3) serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
