Application by the appellant Vanderbilt Myrtle, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 10, 2015. Separate application by the appellants Cumberland Farms, Inc., and All Year Management, LLC, for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 18, 2016, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
