Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPLR 5518 and 6301 to enjoin the respondents Philip M. Edwards and Nina S. Edwards or anyone acting on their behalf from, inter alia, reconstructing the guest house/cottage at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 11, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
