Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated April 28, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 1, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Separate motion by Sanctuary for Families, New York Legal Assistance Group, Her Justice, My Sister's Place, and Melissa L. Breger for leave to file an amici curiae brief in support of the appellant's motion.
