Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 30, 2014, for the Court to take judicial notice of a decision and order of this Court dated October 21, 2015, which determined an appeal in an action entitled Fulton v Hankin & Mazel, PLLC, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-01355.
