ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 19, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 2, 2013, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation."
