DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the County Court, Rockland County, dated November 17, 2015, to relieve counsel assigned by the County Court, Rockland County, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that former assigned counsel, Michael E. Bongiorno, 455 Route 304, Bardonia, NY 10954, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

New York, NY 10128

and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent is directed to serve one copy of his brief and to file nine copies thereof on or before March 28, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
