Respondent-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from a decision of the Family Court, Jefferson County, dated July 1, 2015, and an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on August 24, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to January 4, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal from the decision dated July 1, 2015, is dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision (see Kuhn v Kuhn, 129 AD2d 967), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is dismissed.
