ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 20, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 2, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 31, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "February 1, 2016."
