| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 4, 2013, raising an issue concerning People v O'Rama (78 NY2d 270).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 29, 2016, the appellant may serve and file a supplemental brief raising an issue concerning People v O'Rama; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the supplemental brief filed by assigned counsel, as well as in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief, is enlarged until March 30, 2016, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 11, 2016, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
