On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 3, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal is amended by deleting the preamble thereof and substituting therefor the following preamble:
"Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 26, 2013, under Indictment No. 9070/10, as amended March 13, 2014, and (2) a judgment of the same court also dated February 26, 2013, under Indictment No. 3542/11, as amended March 13, 2014, and further amended October 16, 2014, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel."
