DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 4, 2015, and October 6, 2015, respectively, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 14, 2015, as stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled action conditioned upon the perfection of the appeals on or before January 13, 2016, and directed that the respondent's brief and the reply brief, if any, be served and filed, on or before February 3, 2016, and February 16, 2016, respectively, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 4, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 14, 2015, is amended by deleting the date "January 13, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "February 16, 2016," by deleting the date "February 3, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "March 8, 2016," and by deleting the date "February 16, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "March 18, 2016," the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 4, 2015, is enlarged until February 16, 2016, and the motion is otherwise denied.
