Appeal by Thomas Joseph from a purported order vacating an ex parte order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 22, 2015, which granted a temporary order of protection to remain in effect until December 29, 2015.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no order dated December 22, 2015, exits in the above-entitled matter.
