Appeals by Shalette S. from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 3, 2015, June 16, 2015, and June 18, 2015, respectively, and separate appeal by Omar J. from the order dated June 16, 2015. By scheduling order dated December 11, 2015, Omar J. was directed to serve and file a brief, inter alia, containing the points of argument in connection with his appeal on or before January 11, 2016. Omar J. has not filed a brief.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Omar J. is dismissed for failure to timely perfect, without costs or disbursements.
