DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 31, 2015, and an order of the same court dated August 18, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay enforcement of the judgment and the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
