DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Mikael Ardell for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 4, 2015, and December 24, 2015, respectively, and to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that all proceedings in the above-entitled matter are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before March 4, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before March 4, 2016, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 28, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before April 7, 2016.
