On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 1, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a purported order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated December 22, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the word "exits," and substituting therefor the word "exists."
