| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Kevin Coenen for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 9, 2015, and to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained in the order to show cause, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 23, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
