Appeal by Molly Bishop from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 18, 2014.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that a stay of a hearing on the issue of attorney's fees in the above-entitled action, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014, is vacated.
