ORDER ON APPLICATION

Applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 9, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until April 21, 2016, and the joint record or appendix on appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Park Slope Condominium shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before May 26, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Flan Realty, LLC, shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on its cross appeal, on or before June 30, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before August 4, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before September 9, 2016, and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before October 11, 2016.
