DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, one dated December 12, 2014, and two dated September 1, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until 30 days after the Family Court determines the appellant's motion to settle the transcript; the appellant shall advise this Court, in writing, expeditiously after the Family Court determines the appellant's motion.
