| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 10, 2015, which directed him to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 3, 2015, on or before January 8, 2016, and, in effect, to extend the time of the respondent to serve and file a brief, if any, and the appellant to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before February 17, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 18, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 28, 2016.
