Motion by respondent Jean Sam on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 26, 2013, to substitute Rajiv Singh, administrator of the estate of Joel Singh, for the deceased respondent Joel Singh, and to amend the caption to reflect the substitution.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Rajiv Singh, administrator of the estate of Joel Singh, is substituted for the deceased respondent Joel Singh, and the caption has been amended accordingly.
