Motion by respondent on an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 23, 2014, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 5, 2014, and extended by decisions and orders on motion of this court dated April 1, 2015, July 17, 2015 and November 4, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay is vacated.
