Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on January 16, 2015, and February 5, 2015, and respondent James Doyle having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Donald A. White, Esq., dated January 15, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
