Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Frederick Walker sworn to December 26, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 29, 2015 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date August 28, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date March 4, 2016.
