ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal by the appellant Windsor Electrical Contracting, Inc., is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 7, 2015, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
