DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 27, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated December 31, 2014, and to be reimbursed for the costs of the transcripts to direct the respondent to pay for the transcripts not yet paid for, for printing costs, and for counsel fees.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until April 8, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be reimbursed for the costs of the transcripts, to direct the respondent to pay for the transcripts not yet paid for, for printing costs, and for counsel fees is denied without prejudice to seeking such relief in the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
