DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Melvin Quinones, in effect, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, both dated January 8, 2016, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the orders are appealable as of right; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before March 7, 2016, Melvin Quinones shall serve and file a notice of appeal and file proof of filing with this Court (see CPLR 5514[a]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders is denied.
