Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated August 3, 2015, and September 10, 2015, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals. Cross motion by the attorney for the children to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of an attorney's fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted and the parties shall file 10 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeals is enlarged until March 3, 2016.
