Appeal by Gordon Murray from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2015. The appellant died on December 6, 2015.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements, as the appeal abated upon the death of the appellant (see Matter of Charles C. E., 129 AD3d 721).
