| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 30, 2013, and for leave to file that brief, under seal, and to serve a redacted brief upon the appellant and assigned counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until February 19, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
