Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from an undated decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
