Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 3, 2014, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 24, 2015, for failure to timely perfect. Cross motion by the respondents, inter alia, to preclude the appellant from making further motions concerning this appeal without prior leave of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
