| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Applications by the respondent Scenic Development, LLC, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 19, 2014, to substitute Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, and as the executor of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, Susan Hito Shapiro, as successor executor of the estate of Sonya Shapiro, and as the executor of the estate of Milton B. Shapiro, is substituted for the deceased appellant Milton B. Shapiro, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 21, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
